Payment Policy
Payment
Before the shooting day … You can make payment online at our store.
On the shooting day … Please pay in cash or by credit card at the store after the shooting.
For additional options or products after payment:
Please pay online within one week after your order is placed.
Cancellation Policy
From the day of application to 2 days prior to the shooting date:
30% of the basic photo plan fee.
100% of the location, beauty, outfit, accessories, and optional fees.
The day before the shooting date:
50% of the basic photo plan fee.
100% of the location fee, beauty, outfit, accessories and optional fees.
On the day of the photo:
100% of the basic photo plan fee.
100% of the location, outfit, accessories and optional fees.
In case you at least two days prior to the shooting date.
About Outfits
If you choose outfits other than those in the plan (such as from affiliated dress stores) for location and studio photo.
In the event of intentional stains to outfits that cannot be removed by normal treatment them thereafter, we will charge you for cleaning, damage, loss or repair of accessories and outfits, and other related fees.
Please note that outfits for on-site shoots tours and studio photos are for pre-shooting only and cannot be used for any other purposes.
If you using your own outfits, please understand that we cannot deduct the cost of the costumes included in the plan. Also, please understand in advance that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by scratches or stains, etc.
About Hair and Makeup
If you wish to cancel or change your beauty option appointment after it has been made, please be sure to contact us. In the event of a change or cancellation without notice, the full amount of the reserved beauty option fee will be charged. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Digital Photo Delivery Date
For customers ordering the Shooting Only Plan:
All digital photos will be delivered approximately 30-60 days after shooting. If you are in a hurry, please contact us.
If ordering an album, etc:
All digital photos will be delivered approximately 30-60 days after shooting. After the selecting photos, the ordered album will be delivered approximately 30 to 60 days after the shooting, depending on the plan.
*Please note that it may take more days for delivery during our busy season, or due to production reasons, or delivery conditions during the year-end and New Year’s holidays. In the unlikely event that the completed product has a flaw, peeling or other defect, please contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival. We will re-create the product as soon as we confirm the defect.
About the Size of the Digital Photos
The images are 3200pixels – 4200pixels in size. If you need a larger data size, please inform us when applying.
Data Storage Period
We do not store data. We recommend that you back up your photos yourself by copying them to a computer or other storage media.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
Please be advised that we will register your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, purchased products, and other information. The information will be managed by our company and will not be loaned or transferred to any third party. The purposes of collecting personal information handled by our company are as follows.
>To send materials, products, etc. that you have requested from us.
>To send various types of communications from the Company or its group companies to customers regarding services, new product plans, events, etc.
Others
If you are pregnant, please inform us in advance. We will make every effort to take sufficient care during the photo shoot, but we ask that you make your own decision to postpone or cancel the photo shoot if necessary. Please understand in advance that we are not responsible for any physical problems that may occur during or after the shoot.
Please understand that we will not be held responsible for any difficulties in our operations due to natural disasters (earthquakes and related disasters, etc.), man-made disasters (spread of fire, theft, etc.), or severe disruption of social order, etc.
